The Source for Learning is making a limited number of 4G wireless broadband accounts and receiving devices available at no cost to educators and education administrators. To be eligible for this program, educators must live or work in one of twenty metropolitan areas where SFL holds 4G licenses, and they must agree to use their 4G connection for a minimum of twenty hours per week. This usage may include access to the Internet for instructional and cultural purposes, professional development, research, lesson planning and for administrative staff communications.

Who is Eligible to Participate?

Educators and administrators who live and/or work at an address within the Clear 4G coverage area in one the following 20 metropolitan areas where SFL holds 4G licenses are eligible to participate:

Anderson/Muncie, IN
Atlanta, GA
Baltimore, MD
Bloomington, IN
Champaign, IL
Saginaw/Flint, MI
Fort Worth, TX
Indianapolis, IN
Kansas City, MO
Miami, FL
Milwaukee, IL
New Orleans, LA
New York City, NY
Philadelphia, PA
Pittsburgh, PA
Portland, OR
San Antonio, TX
St. Louis, MO
Tampa, FL
Washington, DC
