Rosemary Anderson Kendall, Ph.D., has more than 45 years in the early childhood education field. Over the years, she has been an early childhood educator, program director, parent educator, author, and researcher. She has expertise in child development and early childhood education, adult learning and professional development, partnerships, child care subsidies, child care licensing, child care financing, and early care and education state systems. Rosemary has been an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children her whole career and is currently immediate past co-president of the Northern Virginia AEYC.
