About SFL Instructor

Amy Josephson

Amy Josephson is the Early Childhood Education Manager at SFL. She has over 20 years of experience working with children and families in different settings including schools, hospitals, community recreation centers, parks, and the court system and holds MS and BS degrees in Child Development from Florida State University. She is an adjunct professor of Childhood Development at Northern Virginia Community College and also heads workshops at national, state and local early childhood education conferences. She is a member of NAEYC and the Early Childhood Education Peer Group for the Virginia Community College System.
