Staff morale and retention are big concerns within the ECE field today. These issues in a program negatively impact the quality of care and learning of young children. This session will emphasize the importance of positive morale and strategies to build strong staff relationships that create a positive program environment for all stakeholders!

• Understand the connection of staff morale and rapport, its effects on job performance, and ultimate impact on overall program quality.
